Meet Practical Fitness’ Co-Founders!
For more than 20 years, Alcyr worked a grueling job as a traveling businessman. After long weeks on the road, inconsistent exercise, and a passion to help people—he had an idea: Why not create an effective and safe workout program for people to lead a healthier lifestyle? On and off the road. In order to make it happen, he determined he needed the perfect partner.
With a masters degree in Physical Education (with a specialization in Sport Management), Jeff also had a passion to use exercise as a tool for positive change. He believes that no matter your age, it is always a good time to get moving and start living.
Always working to connect, encourage, and candidly communicate with their clients, Alcyr and Jeff created the Steadypace® technique. As a result, they have seen thousands of clients’ lives transform since 2009. Together, they are committed to always learning and growing as a team.
Their passion for helping people create an energizing life has led to another project—MS Workouts. MS Workouts uses the same Steadypace® technique to help change people’s lives (in more than 32 countries!) who are impacted by MS.

We do this through the Steadypace® technique—a strength-training protocol designed to progressively tax the body via the active engagement of the neuromuscular system.

All exercises are 100% muscle-led and there is no momentum involved.
This ensures an extremely effective and safe workout that you only need to execute for 30 minutes, once or twice a week, to achieve amazing results.
