In just one or two 30-minute sessions a week, a certified trainer will take you through our Steadypace® technique to help you not just reach, but exceed your health and fitness goals.

Steadypace®️ technique is a strength-training protocol that aims to progressively tax the body via the active engagement of the neuromuscular system.

Our exercises are 100% muscle-led and there is no momentum involved. This ensures an extremely effective and safe workout that you only need to execute for 30 minutes, once or twice a week, to achieve amazing results.

From the moment you walk in the door, the space is yours (down to the music playlist!) and your trainer is focused only on you. They will ensure your safety and focus by guiding you through each and every exercise.
